Contract Term
One-year renewable contract

Teaching Hours and Days
30 hours / week (120 hours per month) are scheduled hours.

Monthly Salary
Instructors are guaranteed a monthly salary of 1.8~2.3 million won (Korean Currency)
The initial pay scale of an instructor is determined based on the instructor's educational background and related work experience.

Air fare
The employer will provide round trip airfare. The employer will reimburse 50% to the employee upon his/her arrival and will reimburse the rest upon completion of the above contract period. However, if the employee fails to complete the above contract for any reason, the balance will not be given to the employee. For an instructor in Korea, a round trip visa-run air ticket to the nearest destination is provided.

Housing
* A private room in an apartment shared with other teacher(s)
* A private studio
* A private room at the home of the employer

Vacation
10 working days plus all Korean national holidays

Sick Days
Three (3) sick days are allowed with a doctor's note.

Severance Pay
Upon completion of a one-year contract, one month's salary is paid as a bonus.

Health Insurance
Provided with a free yearly medical check-up
50/50 - employee/ employer each pays 50%

1. Conducting professional, well-planned English language classes, in any and all phases of the instructional program, ranging from Pre-school to Adult.
2. Performing all duties related to the classroom work, such as Lesson Preparation, Student Evaluation, Monthly Schedules, and new student interviews, as well as other relative duties.
3. Attending Teachers Meeting and workshop
Native speaker of English
4-year college degree : BA, BS and/or TESOL degree
ESL teaching experience preferred, but not required
Strong commitment to ESL teaching
Love children and teaching
